Return Policy

In case you are not satisfied with your purchase we enable you to change the product within 14 days after its consignment. The product needs to be in mint condition, exactly as you have received it. You have the right to choose among products of equal or greater value.

Money return is not doable. 

The handover products come at any rate with the customer receipt. The customer is charged with the cost of shipment. Concerning the procedure of changing a product you may choose the way of sending it back. Please note that you must use a shipping service that covers customs and import charges at destination. You ought to contact us via e-mail beforehand. We pay a lot of attention to the package of the order so as to avoid possible damage of the products.
